  • Enables communication with energy management systems

  • Universal communication protocols

  • Onboard LCD panel, PC optional but not required

Example using SRP Accu-Rate

Four Zone Modulating (60 - 100%) Control

  •  Four zone SRP Accu-Rate™ Control Panel is used

  • Burners from each zone respond to respective Temperature  Sensors, each zone modulates between 60 – 100% depending on heat demand, independent of other zones

  • DDC interfacing is possible with one or more SRP Accu-Rate™ Control Pane

Example using Premier Control Panel

Single-Stage, Six Zone Control

  • One Premier Control Panel is required
  • Each zone requires a Single-Stage low voltage thermostat
  • Up to 6 zones are controlled independently
  • All Burners from multiple zones respond to respective thermostats
  • Some or all zones may be ON or OFF at a time

Single and Two-Stage Thermostats

  • A SPDT Transformer Relay with a 20A, 115V supply, can operate the Vacuum Pump and a maximum of 9 Burners in a One-Zone (one Thermostat) System
  • A DPDT Transformer Relay with a 20A, 115V supply, can operate the Vacuum Pump and up to 9 Burners in a Two-Zone (two Thermostats) System

Example using Single Stage Thermostat Control

Single Stage, Two Zone Control

  • Two Single-Stage thermostats are used
  • The Burners are divided in two zones
  • Each zone responds to its thermostat independently
  • Both zones may be ON or OFF at the same time

Example using Two Stage Thermostat Control

Two Stage, Single Zone Control

  • One Two-Stage Thermostat is used
  • All Burners respond to one thermostat and are either HI, LOW or OFF at the same time
