  • What is the maximum venting length?
    • UA/TA/LA/LT/AUX/ATX/ALTX/WTH/WTS/AM/UAG: maximum 30′ exhaust** and maximum 30′ fresh air intake duct length** – horizontal.
    • GRT: maximum air vent/flue for either rate is 10 feet – horizontal.
    • VS/VSVH:
      • Pump A – 4″ – maximum 10′; 5″ – maximum 50
      • Pump B – 6″ – maximum 50′

    Please note: For vertical venting follow B149 or NFPA 54 Category 1 vent codes

    ** Special Configurations – must reduce maximum vent length, please see the manual or consult your local SRP®’s representative for more details.

  • How to wire thermostats with heaters?
    • Single Stage: Connect the purple wire to W and the blue wire to R
    • Two-Stage: Connect purple wire to R, brown wire to W1, and yellow wire to W2

    Please note: if your thermostat requires a common “C” to operate, please add an additional common wire to the ground inside the burner box.

  • How to convert heaters between LPG and NG?
    • UA/TA/LA/LT/AUX/ATX/ALTX/WTH/WTS/UAG/GRT/S/M/KMI heaters can all be converted from NG to LPG, or from LPG to NG. A gas valve conversion kit and an orifice kit will be required to convert the heater.
    • VS heaters can be converted from NG to LPG, or from LPG to NG. An orifice kit will be required to convert the heater.
    • AM heaters can be converted from NG to LPG, or from LPG to NG. An alternative gas valve and orifice kit will be required to convert the heater.
    • Series MA and Series Premier VSVH are only approved for use with NG and cannot be converted.

    Please note: SRP® heaters cannot be rate converted in the field. Consult your local SRP® representative for more information.

  • What are the correct baffle and tube configurations?

  • How to find the instruction for Module Error Code?

    CNE/FENWAL (UA/TA/LA/LT/WTH/WTS/UAG/GRT) (CE266/CE015)

    • 1 x Flash: Airflow
    • 2 x Flash: Flame no call for heat
    • 3 x Flash: Ignition Failure
    • 4 x Flash: Control Fault (CNE only)
    • STEADY ON: Control Fault (FENWAL only)

    CHANNEL (AUX/ATX/ALTX/All ‘R’ Models) (CE215)

    • 1 x Flash: Airflow
