The Facility
Wynn Las Vegas, often simply referred to as Wynn, is a luxury resort and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, United States, on the site of the old Desert Inn Hotel. The $2.7 billion resort is named after casino developer Steve Wynn and is the flagship property of Wynn Resorts. Covering 215 acres (87 ha), the resort is situated at the northeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Sands Avenue, directly across The Strip from the Fashion Show Mall.
The Heating Challenge
Wynn Las Vegas sought the most effective and straightforward solution for warming up restaurant patrons dining on patios or decks, ensuring a comfortable dining experience regardless of the season.
Implementation
SRP® was tasked with providing a solution to keep customers warm and happy while dining outdoors. SRP®’s business development manager collaborated with a local contractor to create a patio heater strategy that would maximize the potential of Wynn’s Las Vegas outdoor areas year-round.
